EFFECT OF THE POLICY
The Policy may be changed by DustMen. The amended Policy shall be posted on the Resource. By using the Service after the Policy has been changed, the User agrees to the amended terms and conditions for the processing of Data.

The legal grounds for DustMen’s processing include:
- the User’s consent;
- performance and conclusion of the Terms of Use or other agreements with the User;
- performance and conclusion of Terms of Use or other agreements with the User;
- exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of DustMen or third parties, provided that this does not violate the rights and freedoms of the User;

- the need for processing to achieve the purposes provided for by law, as well as the fulfilment of obligations imposed on DustMen by legislation.
USER RIGHTS
The User has the right to:
- receive information regarding the processing of their Data;
- request DustMen to clarify their Data, block or destroy it if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
- withdraw their consent to the processing of their Data by sending a statement to DustMen.
TERMS OF USE OF COOKIES
In order to comply with the Terms of Use and within the scope of the purpose specified in the Policy, DustMen processes cookies, including to ensure the functioning of the Service; personalise Content and other offers; conduct statistical and other research on the use of the Service. The User can view the validity period of cookies and prohibit their storage in their browser settings.

The User is responsible for the legality, relevance and accuracy of the User’s data and other persons’ data that the User provides to DustMen.
